Chef Daniel was incredible, came early, bought the food, made sure he’s got plenty of time to prepare it and that we were eating on time, every dish was quickly prepared one after the other. We’ve had 4 courses of French cuisine and this was a birthday surprise for my boyfriend, he said he will remember this experience forever as it was personally curated for him with the dishes he loves the most. I told the chef that I couldn’t decide between two dishes and he’s managed to integrate some ingredients beautifully into the starter which I appreciated as he listened and cared about it, every dish was incredibly tasty and he was super friendly, quick, clean and professional. By the time we finished our dessert he’s already cleaned the kitchen! We loved the steak and he cooked it to our preferences. The presentation and taste were even better than restaurant level, elevated! We will use Daniel’s help in the future when we have guests around. ☺️
